• No Smell! Put a clothespin on your nose and make sure it pinches your nose shut completely. Position it comfortably but make sure your nose is completely shut. You are not allowed to take the clothespin off for 1 week, no exceptions.
• No Taste or Smell! Tape your mouth shut and keep it taped shut for 1 week. You are only allowed to take the tape off your mouth to eat/drink, when you are done retape your mouth instantly. Put a clothespin on your nose and never take it off.
• Silent Lamb! No taste for the rest of the month! Tape your mouth shut and keep it taped shut all day/night throughout the month with only taking it off to eat/drink. If you make sound, tape your nose shut.
