• Hold your breath for 30 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 1 minute.
• Hold your breath for 2 minutes.
• Hold your breath for 45 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 1 minute and 45 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 2 minutes and 15 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 2 minutes and 45 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 3 minutes.
• Hold your breath and keep it held for 2 rolls.
• Hold your breath and keep it held until another player gives you permission.
• Hold your breath and have a player play a song of their choosing and keep your breath held until the song is finished.
• Tape your left nostril shut.
• Tape your right nostril shut.
• Hold your breath and keep it held until it is your turn again.
• Have your hands bound behind your back by another player and your nose held shut by a clothespin/peg/noseclip for the rest of the game.
• Hold your breath for 20 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 40 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 10 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 55 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 95 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 150 seconds.
• Hold your breath for 200 seconds.
• Have your hands bound behind your back by another player and your nose held shut by a clothespin/peg/noseclip for the rest of the day.
• Have another player put a piece of tape on your nose.
• Have another player put 2 pieces of tape on your nose.
• Have another player put 3 pieces of tape on your nose.
• Have another player put 5 pieces of tape on your nose.
• Hold your breath for 3 seconds.
• Hold your breath and keep it held until you submerge your face in water then have another player hold your head underwater for as long as they want.
